About the event
Think you don’t have time for self-care? Is trying to add self-care into your schedule causing stress? Do you feel busy most days and weeks? We’ll navigate through a few activities and discussions that will help you realize that you do have time for self-care and that you do not need to reduce your time doing anything else, give anything up, or add any additional stress to your life by trying to add in self-care to your already full schedule.
Natasha will guide you through fun and simple ways to incorporate joy into what you already do every day, and they will be specifically what brings you joy, not what others think should bring you joy.
This workshop will discuss:
- How we can incorporate self-care into the lives we already lead, without removing other activities/commitments, or carving out more time.
- How often we use the word “busy” and how we can change our perspective and our language to better explain our days to those around us, making space for understanding and support, and space for you to feel something other than busy.
- This workshop does not cover crisis or emergency situations.
Cost: $10. Please Venmo @Natasha-Buffo (https://account.venmo.com/u/Natasha-Buffo) upon signing up for this event.
